Dr Mbuotidem Umoh holds a Ph.D in Library and Information Science and also a Certified Librarian with the Librarians Registration Council of Nigeria. She also holds a Barrister at Law degree with the Nigerian Law School.
She has had several work experiences till date where she serves as a Senior Librarian at University of Uyo. A role that gives her ample opportunity to teach and mentor.
She holds membership in professional bodies such as Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Library Association etc.
Her indepth research in Library and Information Science has made her a voice to be heard through publications and conference presentations. Majority of which are open access on this knowledgebase.
She is married and blessed with a beautiful family
